2. Services Description

KodeHost provides web hosting, VPS hosting, Minecraft server hosting, game server hosting, and Discord bot hosting services. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.

Service Availability

  • Services operate 24/7 with 99.99% uptime guarantee
  • Planned maintenance windows may occur with advance notice
  • Temporary service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with others. KodeHost will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4. Payment Terms

Billing

  • Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
  • Billing period begins on the date your service is activated
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on new accounts. Refunds for service cancellation mid-cycle are not provided. Migration fees are non-refundable.

Late Payment

Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. Accounts may be terminated after 14 days of non-payment.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use KodeHost services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Hosting illegal content or services
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Launching DDoS attacks or attempting to compromise systems
  • Hosting copyright-infringing content
  • Operating gambling, pornographic, or adult services
  • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Violating others' intellectual property rights

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund. We may report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

6. Termination of Services

Customer Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a termination request through your control panel. Refunds are not provided for unused service time.

KodeHost Termination

KodeHost may terminate your account immediately without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in illegal activities
  • You abuse server resources
  • Payment is not received within stated timeframes

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

KodeHost services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific performance levels beyond our stated SLA.

Liability Cap

KodeHost's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Data Loss

While we maintain backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. KodeHost is not liable for data loss due to your actions or negligence.

8. Modifications to Terms

KodeHost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
